Payment
Order online using all major credit and debit cards we use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details see padlock in address bar. Alternatively you can pay using PayPal express checkout.
We do not store any financial information on this website. If you wish to pay via cheque please be aware that your items will not be processed until your cheque has been recived and cleared.
Delivery Charges
We want to keep delivery charges to a minimum so we calculate your delivery charge on the weight of your order and the destination. We have 3 delivery charges £3.50, £4.95, £6.95.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the site are to Mainland UK and from our acceptance of the order.
Personalised candles are normally dispatched within five working days, however this is dependent on quantity and time of year. We recommend that you mail us at sales@sentimentalmoments.co.uk if you are ordering a number of personalised items so we can give you a more accurate delivery schedule. We endeavour to dispatch personalised memorial candles within 2 days but please be aware that the day you order your candle does not count unless it is ordered before 10am.
Wedding favours will be despatched from our warehouse usually within five working days of accepting your order however if the item is out of stock at the time of your order it can take up to fourteen working days.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected and we will investigate. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
All deliveries are sent either royal mail first class, royal mail standard parcel or via courier if it is a large order.
If orders are unable to be delivered through no fault of ours or our delivery company additional charges for redelivery must be paid by the customer before the order is re delivered.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, (this does not apply to edible items or personalised items) All returns must be unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the gift - excluding postage. Please note we will not pay return shipping costs. We will require the item and its original packaging. We advise that all returns are sent by recorded deliver as we will not issue a refund for items that we do not receive. Please contact us via email or telephone before returning goods. If emailing us please wait for a response with instructions before returning items.
Personalised gifts may only be returned if in the unlikely event we have made an error with your message. We cannot be held responsible for any errors you have put in your message, however if we believe that you have sent us a message with a spelling or grammatical error we will contact you to clarify so please reply as soon as is possible. If we don't receive a reply we will use the message as it was sent.
Please ensure your email address is correct as this is our main way of communicating with you.
General
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales but do not affect your statutory rights. We will always endeavour to ensure that the prices displayed at Sentimental Moments are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order and we will inform you of any changes prior to accepting the order. We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them. Sentimental Moments ltd can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the gift(s) purchased.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.
We are powered by Actinic one of the most secure systems but we do not guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting programmes.
